Title

Acting as the Board of Directors, Water Agency:

 

Consider recommendations regarding Authorization for Public Works Director to Execute Subgrant Agreements for Proposition 84, 2014 Drought Grant; as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Public Works Director or his designee to execute the Subgrant Agreement and any needed amendments with the City of Santa Barbara for their Recycled Water Enhancement Project which has been awarded 2014 Proposition 84 Emergency Drought Round Grant funding in the amount of $1,045,222.00 from the State Department of Water Resources;

c) Find that the approval of the 2014 Proposition 84 Emergency Drought Round Subgrant Agreements does not constitute a “Project” within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15378 (b)(4).
