Title: Consider recommendations regarding the agreement between the City of Santa Maria and the County of Santa Barbara to haul landfill cover material to the Santa Maria Regional Landfill over the county-maintained road system; as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute the Agreement between the City of Santa Maria and the County of Santa Barbara to haul cover material to the Santa Maria Regional Landfill over the County Maintained Road System (2015 Agreement); and b) Find that the proposed approval and authorization of this 2015 Agreement, does not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15378 (b)(2) (continuing administrative or maintenance activities, such as purchases for supplies, personnel-related actions, general policy and procedure making) and approve and direct staff to file the attached Notice of Exemption on that basis.
