Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Statement of Final Quantities for Construction of 2014-2015 County Wide Preventive Maintenance Application of Scrub Seal and Micro-Surfacing, County Project No. 820648, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for Construction of 2014-2015 County Wide Preventive Maintenance Application of Scrub Seal and Micro-Surfacing, County Project No. 820648; for work performed and materials supplied by Pavement Coatings Company, 10240 San Sevaine Way, Jurupa Valley, CA 91752, in the amount of $1,433,273.54; and b) Determine that this project was found by your Board to be exempt from the provisions of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 on March 17, 2015, upon approval of the project, that a Notice of Exemption was filed on that basis, and that the proposed action is within the scope of that Notice of Exemption.
