Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Tuberculosis Control Program Revenue Base Award Augmentation, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to execute the Acceptance of Award augmenting the Tuberculosis Control Program's base award with the California Department of Public Health Tuberculosis Control Branch to support tuberculosis prevention and control activities for the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 in the amount of $13,810.00, increasing the total Fiscal Year 2015-2016 award amount from $169,201.00 to $183,011.00; and b) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities or funding mechanisms which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant impact on the environment, and are therefore not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA guidelines.
