Consider recommendations regarding the proposed vacation of North-South segment of Miramar Avenue Right-of-Way, Santa Barbara (Real Property File No. 3558), First District, as follows:

 

a) Adopt the Resolution and Order to Vacate a County Road vacating the North-South segment of Miramar Avenue associated with the Miramar Hotel and Bungalow Project;

 

b) Find that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) 14 CCR Section 15162, no new effects will occur and no new mitigation measures would be required as a result of the recommended actions because there are no substantial changes proposed, no substantial changes in circumstances, and no new information of substantial importance regarding environmental effects of the project or of the sufficiency or feasibility of mitigation measures, and therefore the recommended actions are within the scope of the Miramar Hotel and Bungalow Project covered by the March 24, 2015 Addendum together with the previously certified Environmental Impact Report [08EIR-00000-00003], the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration [00-ND-003] and the previous Addenda dated December 9, 2008 and March 11, 2011, pursuant to the Board’s approval of the Miramar Hotel and Bungalow Project and CEQA findings on April 14, 2015 (Clerk of the Board File No. 15-00258).
