Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Statement of Final Quantities for Construction of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Calle Real Sidewalk Project, County Project No. 820659, Federal Project No. 14.218, Second District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for Community Development Block Grant Calle Real Sidewalk Project, County Project No. 820659, Federal Project No. 14.218 for work performed and materials supplied by Rockwood General Contractors, Inc., (a local vendor), PO Box 1529, Nipomo, CA, 93444, in the amount of $574,944.39; and b) Determine that this project was found by your Board to be exempt from the provisions of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15301 on March 4, 2014, upon approval of the project, that a Notice of Exemption was filed on that basis, and that the proposed action is within the scope of that Notice o...
