Title: Consider recommendations regarding Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Services (ADMHS) Fiscal Year (FY) 2015-2017 American Baptist Homes of the West dba Valle Verde Retirement Community Amendment, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Amendment for Services of Independent Contractor with American Baptist Homes of the West dba Valle Verde Retirement Community (a local vendor), to include services for the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU), for an additional $30,000.00 per year for FY 2015-2016 and 2016-2017, for a contract amount not to exceed $156,000.00 per year for the CSU and Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF), for a total contract amount of $438,000.00; and b) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities or funding mechanisms which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant impact on the environment, and are therefore not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Services (ADMHS) Fiscal Year (FY) 2015-2017 American Baptist Homes of the West dba Valle Verde Retirement Community Amendment, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Amendment for Services of Independent Contractor with American Baptist Homes of the West dba Valle Verde Retirement Community (a local vendor), to include services for the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU), for an additional $30,000.00 per year for FY 2015-2016 and 2016-2017, for a contract amount not to exceed $156,000.00 per year for the CSU and Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF), for a total contract amount of $438,000.00; and
