Title

Consider recommendations regarding Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Dan Cloak Environmental Consulting, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Dan Cloak Environmental Consulting to provide technical assistance to implement new water quality post-construction requirements for Santa Barbara County to extend the term of the agreement from December 31, 2015 to June 30, 2016;
