Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Fifth Amendment to Revenue Agreement with the Department of Health Care Services for the Cancer Detection Program in the Tri-Counties Region, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Public Health Director to execute the Fifth Amendment to Agreement No. 12-89329 with the California Department of Health Care Services, Cancer Detection and Treatment Branch, for the Public Health Department to provide regional administrative services for the period January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2016 for an amount not to exceed $1,654,400.00; and b) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended actions are government fiscal activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
