Consider recommendations regarding establishing job classifications of Assistant Department Head - Psychiatrist, and Assistant Department Head - Medical Director for Crisis and Acute Psychiatric Services for Alcohol Drug and Mental Health Services Department, as follows:
a) Adopt the Resolution to establish the classification of Assistant Department Head - Psychiatrist (Class No. 7684), Range No. 7684 (approximately $13,663.00 - $22,771.00 per month) and reallocate one position in the new classification to the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Services Department;
b) Adopt the Resolution to establish the classification of Medical Director for Crisis and Acute Psychiatric Services (Class No. 7685), Range No. 7685 (approximately $15,029.00 - $25,048.00 per month) and reallocate one position in the new classification to the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Services Department; and
c) Determine pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4) that the above action is a government fiscal activity which does not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment, and therefore is not a project subject to environmental review.
