Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Personnel Resolution for Additional Full Time Employees (FTE) for Health Education Associates, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Adopt a Personnel Resolution to allocate to the Public Health Department the following new positions effective February 29, 2016: i) Add: Two (2) 1.0 FTE Health Education Associate (class 003903), Range 3903 ($3,420.00 - $4,175.00 approximately per month); b) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0004348 to transfer $20,500.00 from Services and Supplies to Salaries and Benefits to fund the two 1.0 FTE Health Education Associate positions through the remainder of the Fiscal Year; and c) Determine that the recommended actions are fiscal activities which do not involve any commitment to a specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment and are thus exempt from the California Environmental Quality (CEQA) review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15378(b)(4).
