Title: Consider recommendations regarding State Parks Water Testing Revenue Grant with Public Health Laboratory, as follows: a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Public Health Department Director to execute Agreement C1442001 with the California Department of Parks and Recreation to provide water testing, in an amount not to exceed $7,496.00, for the period July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2016; b) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to execute an Amendment to Agreement C1442001, with the California Department of Parks and Recreation to extend the grant term, making the revised grant period of July 1, 2014 through September 30, 2016; and c) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15061(b)(3), since it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activities may have a significant effect on the environment.
