Title: Consider recommendations regarding a State Ebola Preparedness and Response Grant Amendment, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to execute an Amendment to Agreement No. 15-10385, "Supplemental Funding for Ebola Preparedness and Response", with the California Department of Public Health, Emergency Preparedness Office to extend the grant term for nine months making the revised grant period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017; b) Authorize the Public Health Department Director to execute any other documents necessary to accept and carry out the grant, and any future amendments that do not change the amount, term, or scope of the grant; and c) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended actions are government fiscal activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significan...

Consider recommendations regarding a State Ebola Preparedness and Response Grant Amendment, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to execute an Amendment to Agreement No. 15-10385, “Supplemental Funding for Ebola Preparedness and Response”, with the California Department of Public Health, Emergency Preparedness Office to extend the grant term for nine months making the revised grant period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017;
