Title: HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the Alcohol and Drug Program Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System demonstration waiver, as follows: (EST. TIME: 1 HR. 30 MIN.) a) Receive and file a report from staff and stakeholders regarding progress to date and next steps on the Department of Behavioral Wellness application for the Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System (ODS) demonstration waiver; b) Approve and authorize the Department of Behavioral Wellness to apply to the Department of Healthcare Services to participate in the ODS pilot; and c) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) since the recommended actions are government administrative activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
