Title: Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment for Services of Independent Contractor with Community Health Centers of the Central Coast, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a First Amendment for Services of Independent Contractor with Community Health Centers of the Central Coast (a local vendor) to decrease the contract by $344,893.00 effective July 1, 2016 due to a change in Mental Health Service Act Prevention and Early Intervention service funding for a new contract amount of $146,565.00 for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 and a total contract amount not to exceed $1,100,761.00 through June 30, 2017; and b) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act review per CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) since the recommended actions are government administrative activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
