Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Ordinance establishing extended producer responsibility stewardship for safe drug disposal, as follows: a) Consider the adoption (second reading) of an Ordinance amending Chapter 18C - Environmental Health Services of the Santa Barbara County Code; and b) Approve a Notice of Exemption and determine that adoption of an Ordinance amending Chapter 18C - Environmental Health Services of the Santa Barbara County Code is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15061(b)(3), since it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant impact on the environment, and direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption.
