Title: Consider recommendations regarding Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Behavioral Wellness Alcohol and Drug Program (ADP) Evaluation Contract, as follows: a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Regents of the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) Graduate School of Education (a local vendor), for the provision of Alcohol Drug Program (ADP) evaluation and research services for the County's Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) grant and Substance Abuse Treatment Court (SATC), for a maximum contract amount not to exceed $59,788.00 for the period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017; and b) Determine that the above actions are organizational or administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment, pursuant to section 15378(b)(5) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines.
