Title: Consider recommendations regarding an amended Salary Resolution updating changes to Department Position Allocations and changes approved by the County Executive Officer, as follows: a) Adopt the Resolution effective July 18, 2016 that updates changes to department position allocations corresponding to the Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Budget adopted by the Board of Supervisors on June 15, 2016 by amending the Salary Resolution; b) Adopt changes previously approved by the County Executive Officer during Fiscal Year 2015-2016 pursuant to Board Resolution 99-486; and c) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities or funding mechanisms which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in potentially physical impact on the environment, and are therefore not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA guidelines.
