Title: Consider recommendations regarding Behavioral Wellness Davis Guest Home Second Amendment Fiscal Year 2016-2017, as follows: a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Chair to execute a Second Amendment to the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Davis Guest Home (not a local vendor), to increase the hourly rate of payment for enhanced board and care services, and allow for rate adjustment under special situations, with no change to the contract maximum of $156,000.00 per year, for a total contract maximum not to exceed $468,000.00 through June 30, 2017; and b) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) since the recommended actions are government administrative activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
