Title

Consider recommendations regarding a Resolution Authorizing the Director of the Public Works Department to execute the Master Agreement Administering Agency-State Agreement for Federal Funded Projects with the State of California Department of Transportation, as follows:

 

a) Approve and Authorize the Chair to execute the Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute Master Agreement No.05-5951F15,  and subsequent Program Supplement Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements, and Fund Transfer Agreements with the California Department of Transportation; and

 

b) Find that the proposed action does not constitute a “Project” within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to 14 CCR 15378(b) (4) (The creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment), and approve and direct staff to file the Notice of Exemption on that basis.
