Consider recommendations regarding Union Valley Parkway/Woodmere Barrier Project, County Project No. 862381, Fourth District, as follows:

 

a) Approve the project, Union Valley Parkway/Woodmere Barrier Wall Project; County Project No. 862381;

 

b) Authorize the Director of Public Works to advertise for bids to construct the Union Valley Parkway/Woodmere Barrier Wall Project, County Project No. 862381;

 

c) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Project Cooperative Agreement with the Santa Maria Creekside Homeowners Association; and

 

d) Find that the proposed project consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that previously existing, including but not limited to existing highways and streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and similar facilities that the proposed project is therefore exempt from California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15301(c) and approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
