Title: Consider recommendations regarding Release Monument Deposit for Final Map of Tract No. 14,636, Original Large Lot Conveyance Map of Rice Ranch, Fourth District, as follows: a) Authorize and direct the Clerk of the Board to release the monument deposits collected in the total amount of $97,900.00 paid by separate certified checks in the amounts of: $25,700.00 for Lot A, $12,260.00 for Lot B, $18,860.00 for Lot C, $19,100.00 for Lot D, $10,340.00 for Lot E, and $11,640.00 for Lot 5, that were posted to guarantee the payment of the cost of setting of the interior monuments for Final Map Tract No. 14,636, pursuant to Government Code Section 66496 of the State Subdivision Map Act; and b) Determine that the above recommended action is not the approval of a project that is subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4), finding that the project is a creation of a governmental funding mechanism or other g...
