Title: Consider recommendations regarding Faraday Storm Drain Project, Third District, as follows: Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Stantec (a local vendor) to provide engineering design services and right-of-way acquisition services for the Faraday Storm Drain Project, for the period of October 4, 2016 through December 31, 2019 in an amount not to exceed $362,637.00; b) Authorize the Public Works Director or designee to approve amendments to the professional services agreement with Stantec in an amount not to exceed $36,263.70; and c) Determine that the service contract does not constitute a project within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Guidelines Section 15378 (b)(2)(continuing administrative or maintenance activities).

Consider recommendations regarding Faraday Storm Drain Project, Third District, as follows:

 

Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District:
