Title: Consider recommendations regarding Jalama Beach Affordable Overnight Accommodations Project No. 8703 Professional Services Agreement (PSA), Third District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the PSA with Blackbird Architects, Inc. Title

Consider recommendations regarding Jalama Beach Affordable Overnight Accommodations Project No. 8703 Professional Services Agreement (PSA), Third District, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the PSA with Blackbird Architects, Inc. (a local vendor) to provide Architectural, Engineering, and related professional design services for the Jalama Beach Affordable Overnight Accommodations Project 8703, in an amount not to exceed $183,350.00;

 

b) Authorize the Director of  General Services or designee to approve amendments to the PSA with Blackbird Architects, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $18,335.00; and
