Consider recommendations regarding a Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara Agreement, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara Authority for the use of space at several locations to provide homeless outreach services in the community;
b) Authorize the Public Health Department Director to sign the inspection addendum under Article I(D) and final inspection report under Article V(C) of the Agreement, and any other necessary documents that do not materially change the provisions of the Agreement; and
c) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15061(b)(3), since it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activities may have a significant effect on the environment.
