Title: Consider recommendations regarding CenCal Health Medi-Cal Physician Services Provider Agreement Sixth Amendment, as follows: a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Chair to execute a Sixth Amendment to the Physician Services Provider Agreement, Federally Qualified Health Center with CenCal Health to accept changes to the administration of the Children's Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP) Claims processing and payment whereas, effective July 1, 2016, CenCal Health became responsible for the processing and payment of Claims for CHDP services; and b) Determine that this action is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended action is a government fiscal activity which does not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
