Title: Consider recommendations regarding the repair of storm damage sites from declared January and February storm events, as follows: a) Approve projects to repair storm damage sites from declared January and February storm events; b) Authorize the Director of Public Works or designee to advertise for bids to construct repairs for projects related to the January and February storm events; and c) Find that the proposed projects consist of the operation, repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that previously existing, including but not limited to existing highways and streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and similar facilities that the proposed project is therefore exempt from California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15301(c) and approve the filing of the Notice of Exemption on that basis.
