a) Receive and file the report;

 

b) Provide staff direction regarding implementation of the County’s water and sewer services and resources policies, as follows:

 

i) Rely on intent to serve letters (or similar letter based on each district’s process) based on current availability to satisfy the requirements of Land Use Development Policy 4 and Coastal Land Use Plan Policy 2-6 at the time of initial land use approval for development projects; and
