Title: Consider recommendations regarding reconciliation of Fiscal Year 2017-2018 allocated positions to amend the Salary Resolution, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution effective retroactively to July 3, 2017, which updates job classifications and department position allocations with changes corresponding to the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Budget approved by the Board on June 14, 2017, by amending the Salary Resolution; b) Adopt changes previously approved by the County Executive Officer during Fiscal Year 2016-2017 under Board Resolution 99-486; and c) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities or funding mechanisms which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in potential physical impacts on the environment, and are therefore not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA guidelines.
