Title: Consider recommendations regarding Sanctuary Fiscal Year (FY) 2016-2019 Second Amendment, as follows: a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Chair to execute the Second Amendment to the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Sanctuary Centers of Santa Barbara Inc. (a local vendor), for the provision of substance use disorder services for dually diagnosed adults, to decrease the annual maximum amount of the contract in FY 2017-2019 by $13,000.00 per year for a new amount not to exceed $301,790.00 per FY, and for a total contract amount not to exceed $918,370.00 through June 30, 2019; and b) Determine that the above actions are organizational or administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment, pursuant to section 15378(b)(5) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines.
