Title: Consider recommendations regarding an agreement with the Community Action Commission of Santa Barbara County for South Coast Task Force on Youth Safety for Fiscal Year (FY) 2017-2018, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with Community Action Commission of Santa Barbara County to pay for the South Coast Task Force on Youth Safety (SCTFYS) program for FY 2017-2018 for a total contract amount not to exceed $50,303.00 through June 30, 2018; and b) Determine that the approval and execution of the Agreement is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), finding that the approval and execution of the Agreement is covered by the general rule that CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment, and where it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant effect on the environment, the ac...
