Title

Consider recommendations regarding Fiscal Years (FY) 2017-2020 PC 1000/DUI Revenue Agreements, as follows:

 

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a multi-year Revenue Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Coast Valley Substance Abuse Treatment Center (Coast Valley) (a local vendor) for the provision of PC 1000 Program Services, with projected revenue of $3,550.00 per year for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020;

 

b) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a multi-year Revenue Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (CADA) (a local vendor) for the provision of DUI and PC 1000 Program Services, with projected revenue of $6,000.00 per year for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020; and

 

c) Determine that the above actions are organizational or administrative actions of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment, pursuant to section 15378(b)(5) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines.
