Title: Consider recommendations regarding a fourth amendment for Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center designation revenue agreement with Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a fourth amendment to the agreement for Level II Adult Trauma Center Designation with Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital (SBCH) to change the designation to a Level I Adult Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center for an annual revenue of $166,851.00 with the term July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018; and b) Determine that the proposed action does not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA Guidelines, because the action consist of the creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities, which do not involved any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant impact on the environment.
