Title: HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the Coastal Resiliency Project Briefing, as follows: (EST. TIME: 1 HR. 30 MIN.) a) Receive a staff briefing on the Coastal Resiliency Project, including the "Sea Level Rise and Coastal Hazards Vulnerability Assessment" and draft Local Coastal Program (LCP) policies; b) Provide initial comments and direction to staff regarding potential amendments to the LCP; c) Direct staff to return to the Board with proposed LCP amendments for the Board's consideration after incorporating any comments and direction received from the Board and recommendations by the County Planning Commission; and d) Determine that the briefing, comments, and direction to staff do not constitute a project and are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15060(c)(3) and 15378(b)(2).
