Title: Consider recommendations regarding County Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (CMAA) participation with the County Office of Education, Health Linkages Program, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Third Amendment to the Agreement with the County Office of Education to extend pass through Medicaid Federal Financial Participation (FFP) for CMAA services for an additional year without increasing the total contract amount, making the entire period of performance July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2019 and the not to exceed amount $400,000.00; and b) Determine that the above action is not a "project" under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA guideline section 15378(b)(5) since it is an organizational and administrative activity of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
