Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Transportation Development Act Claim for Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-2019, as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Public Works Director to file a $2,506,483.00 claim with the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments for an allocation of Transportation Development Act funds for Fiscal Year 2018-2019; and b) Find that the proposed action does not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to 14 CCR 15378(b)(2) (continuing administrative or maintenance activities, such as purchases for supplies, personnel-related actions, general policy and procedure making), and approve and direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
