Title: Agreements for Services of Independent Contractors with Geosyntec Consultants and Wallace Group for Storm Water Consulting Services, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Geosyntec Consultants (local vendor) in the amount of $75,000.00 to assist with storm water regulation compliance from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Wallace Group (tri-county vendor) in the amount of $30,000.00 to assist with storm water regulation compliance from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019; and c) Determine that these service contracts does not constitute a project within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Guidelines Section 15378 (b)(5)(continuing administrative or maintenance activities).

Agreements for Services of Independent Contractors with Geosyntec Consultants and Wallace Group for Storm Water Consulting Services, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Geosyntec Consultants (local vendor) in the amount of $75,000.00 to assist with storm water regulation compliance from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019;

 

b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Wallace Group (tri-county vendor) in the amount of $30,000.00 to assist with storm water regulation compliance from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019; and
