Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Statement of Final Quantities for the Construction of San Jose Creek Bike Path Project, County Project No. 862085, Second District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for the 2017 San Jose Creek Bike Path Project for work performed and materials supplied by Lash Construction, Inc., (a local vendor), 721 Carpinteria Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93103, in the amount of $608,071.30; and b) Find that pursuant to State California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15162, no substantial changes are proposed, and no new information of substantial importance has come to light regarding environmental effects of the project or of the sufficiency or feasibility of mitigation measures, and therefore the proposed actions are within the scope of the Mitigated Negative Declaration (14NGD-00000-00001), and Mitigation Monitoring Program adopted by the Board upon July 11, 2017, and therefore no new env...
