Title: Consider recommendations regarding a revision to the First Amendment, Fiscal Years (FYs) 2017-2019, to the Department of Health Care Services Contract for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Grant Funded Crisis Counseling Services, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Director of Behavioral Wellness or designee to sign a new first amendment replacing certain sections within Agreement No. 17-94705 A01 with the state Department of Health Care Services, to clarify provisions of the multi-year agreement for FEMA funded crisis counseling services, but with no change to the total contract amount through April 30, 2019; and b) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities or funding mechanisms which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment, and are therefore not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA...

Consider recommendations regarding a revision to the First Amendment, Fiscal Years (FYs) 2017-2019, to the Department of Health Care Services Contract for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Grant Funded Crisis Counseling Services, as follows:
