Title: Consider recommendations regarding Final Quantities of Work for Raminha Construction Inc., South Coast Recycling and Transfer Station Storm Drain Improvements Project, County Project No. 828369, Second District, as follows: a) Review and approve the Statement of Final Quantities for work performed and materials supplied for the South Coast Recycling and Transfer Station Storm Drain Improvements Project Phase 4 - Stormwater Diversion Tank by the contractor, Raminha Construction, Inc. in the amount of $511,620.29; and b) Determine that the approval of the Statement of Final Quantities is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b) (5) of the CEQA Guidelines, because it consists of organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
