Title

Consider recommendations regarding Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Ernst and Young for Thomas Fire and 1/9 Debris Flow Disaster Cost Recovery Consulting Services, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required)

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Ernst and Young for disaster cost recovery services (including 2017 and 2019 storms) to increase funding in the amount of $400,000.00 for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,180,000.00, and to extend the term two months through August 31, 2019;
