Title

Consider recommendations regarding the California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) Cooperative Program Fiscal Year (FY) 2019-2022 Revenue Agreement Transition-Age Youth (TAY) Vocational Rehabilitation Services, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Director of Behavioral Wellness to execute the cooperative Agreement No. 31020 with the State DOR, for Behavioral Wellness to coordinate and provide vocational rehabilitation services for TAY, for a multiyear cost reimbursement not to exceed $1,409,472.00 (with a local cash match requirement) for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022;
