Title

Consider recommendations regarding a Memorandum of Understanding for US101 Corridor Coastal Access Projects, First District, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments for reimbursement to the County of Santa Barbara for work on US101 Corridor Coastal Access Projects;

 

b) Authorize the Director of Public Works to approve and execute amendments to the Memorandum of Understanding, between July 1, 2019 and June 30, 2021, to extend to the term of the Memorandum of Understanding by up to one year and to accept additional funding for County of Santa Barbara work on US101 Corridor Coastal Access Projects in an amount up to $400,000.00; and
