Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Second Amendment to the Iron Mountain Information Management Services Agreement, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Second Amendment to the Agreement with Iron Mountain Information Management, LLC (BC 15-120) for information management services, increasing funding for a total contract amount not to exceed $452,000.00 for the full term period of January 1, 2014 through June 30, 2024; and b) Determine that the recommended action is not a "Project" within the meaning of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended action is a government fiscal activity which does not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
