Title: Consider recommendations regarding a hospitalist and outpatient Professional Services Agreement with Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, as follows: a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Chair to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital (a local vendor) for hospitalist and outpatient professional services for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022 in an amount not to exceed $0; b) Approve and authorize the Director of Public Health, or designee, to make immaterial changes in accordance with Section 34 of the Agreement; and c) Find that these activities are not a "Project" under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended actions are government fiscal activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
