Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Second Amendment for services with independent contractor, Child Abuse Listening Mediation, Inc for Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-2020, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a Second Amendment for services with independent contractor, Child Abuse Listening Mediation, Inc., a California nonprofit corporation (a local vendor), for the provision of mental health services to replace Exhibit B-1 MHS for FY 2018-2019 to the First Amended Agreement to include the specific language "County Maximum Allowable Contract Rate" and to reallocate funds between funding sources with no change to the contract maximum amount of $6,045,061.00 for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2020; and b) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment, pursuant to section 15378(b)(4) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines.
