Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Fourth Amendment to the Agreement with Psynergy Programs, Inc., Fiscal Year (FY) 2017-2020, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a Fourth Amendment to the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Psynergy Programs, Inc., (not a local vendor) to add an Adult Residential Facility offering non-ambulatory mental health beds for FY 2019-2020, with no increase to the total contract maximum amount of $4,121,549.00 for the period July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020; and b) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment, pursuant to section 15378(b)(4) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines.

Title
