Title

Consider recommendations regarding Statements of Final Quantities for 2018-2019 Pavement Rehabilitation Projects, Project Nos. 820679 D2, 820679 D3, 820679 D4, and 820679 D5, Second, Third, Fourth, and Fifth Districts, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statements of Final Quantities for the 2018-2019 Pavement Rehabilitation Project No. 820679 D2 in the Second District, for pavement presentation work by Granite Construction, Inc. in the amount of $616,315.76;

 

b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statements of Final Quantities for the 2018-2019 Pavement Rehabilitation Project No. 820679 D3 in the Third District, for pavement presentation work by Souza Construction, Inc. in the amount of $1,269,535.51;

 

c) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statements of Final Quantities for the 2018-2019 Pavement Rehabilitation Project No. 820679 D4 in the Fourth District, for pavement presentation work by Souza Construction, Inc. in the amount of $943,174.84;

 

d) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statements of Final Quantities for the 2018-2019 Pavement Rehabilitation Project No. 820679 D5 in the Fifth District, for pavement presentation work by Ferravanti Construction in the amount of $349,113.13; and

 

e) Determine that the above projects found by the Board to be exempt from the provisions of California Environmental Quality Act pursuant State Guidelines Section 15301(c) on May 15, 2018, a Notice of Exemption was filed on that basis, and the proposed exemption is within the scope of that Notice of Exemption. This exemption considers all future administrative activities for this project such as Statement of Final Quantities.
