Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System (DMC-ODS) First Amended Intergovernmental Agreement, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Director of Behavioral Wellness and/or designee to execute the amendment to the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) DMC-ODS Intergovernmental Agreement A01 (No. 18-95148) for the provision of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment services effective the date approved by DHCS with no change to the maximum amount of $53,789,466.00 for the period of December 1, 2018 to June 30, 2021; and b) Determine that these activities are exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) since the recommended actions are government administrative activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
