Title: Consider recommendations regarding authority to advertise and receive bids for the South Coast Recycling and Transfer Station Tunnel Repair Project, County Project No. 828367, Second District, as follows: a) Authorize the Public Works Director to advertise and receive bids for the South Coast Recycling and Transfer Station Tunnel Repair Project; and b) Determine that the proposed South Coast Recycling and Transfer Station Tunnel Repair Project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to 14 CCR 15301 (Existing Facilities) and approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
